  • New User Registration: Performance of Contract (GDPR Art. 6.1.b) / Voluntary Consent (DPDP).
  • Matchmaking: Legitimate Interest (GDPR Art. 6.1.f) / Legitimate Use.
  • KYC/AML Compliance: Legal Obligation.
  • Marketing: Consent.

We do not sell your data. We share data only to facilitate the Platform's core function with:
