By accessing or using the Startuptalking platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Startuptalking Global Ltd.
The Platform is intended solely for B2B use by accredited investors, verified startups, and corporate entities. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
We provide digital infrastructure for matchmaking, trade facilitation, and due diligence. We do not guarantee funding or specific business outcomes. We act as a facilitator, not a guarantor.
You warrant that all information you provide is accurate. You agree NOT to use the Platform for illegal purposes, spam other users, or scrape data.
Participation in Deal Rooms may require valid NDAs. You agree to treat all non-public information obtained through the Platform as confidential and not to circumvent the Platform to avoid fees.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Success fees apply to managed services. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
The Platform and its content are the property of Startuptalking. By posting your content, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.
Startuptalking is not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser. Material on this Platform is for informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own due diligence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Startuptalking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
